Lucknow Bulldozer Action: On the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority Vice President Prathamesh Kumar, the enforcement team took major action on Thursday in the course of the campaign being run against illegal construction and plotting in the city. Under this, a bulldozer was run on illegal plotting being done by Narayan Buildtech Group in an area of ​​25 bighas in BKT. Apart from this, while taking action in Gomti Nagar, Chinhat and Thakurganj areas, 6 illegal constructions including Family Bazaar were sealed.

Bulldozers ran on about 25 bighas of land near the petrol pump on Sitapur Road

Enforcement Zone-4 Zonal Officer Ravi Nandan Singh said that an unplanned colony was being developed by the director of Shri Narayan Buildtech Group by doing illegal plotting work in an area of ​​about 25 bighas near the petrol pump on Sitapur Road in Bakshi Ka Talab. The prescribed court filed a suit against this illegal plotting being done without getting the layout approved from the authority and passed orders for demolition. In compliance with which, under the leadership of Assistant Engineer Shiva Singh, Junior Engineers Bharat Pandey and Pramod Kumar Pandey, with the help of police force, took action to demolish the illegal plotting. During this, the road, drain and boundary wall etc. constructed by the private developer at the site were demolished.

Zonal Officer Vandana Pandey of Enforcement Zone-1 said that Ashutosh Mishra, Sahil Siddiqui and others were constructing a five-storey commercial complex on a plot of about 200 square meters near Hasemau Petrol Pump in Chinhat. Similarly, shops were being constructed by Zeeshan and others in an area of ​​about 200 square meters in Nizampur, Malhaur of Chinhat. Apart from this, Nagendra Bahadur Singh and others were constructing a three-storey commercial building in an area of ​​​​about 300 square meters on plot number-4/7 in Vijayant Khand of Gomti Nagar. Similarly, Mohammad Ejaz and others were constructing a four-storey apartment on a plot of about 250 square meters near Chhota Bharwara crossing in Vigyan Khand of Gomti Nagar Extension. At the same time, Paramjit Singh and others were operating a family market by constructing a building on a plot of about 400 square meters in Emaar Colony of Gomti Nagar Extension. In compliance with the orders passed against these construction works done illegally, the enforcement team sealed all the constructions on Thursday.

Bulldozer ran on Thakurganj Road

Enforcement Zone-7 Zonal Officer Shashi Bhushan Pathak said that Parvez Hasan and others were constructing a commercial complex on a plot of about 250 square meters on the ring road in Thakurganj. Sealing orders were passed against this construction work being done without getting the map approved. In compliance with which, the enforcement team sealed the said building on Thursday.
