LDA seals illegal construction in Lucknow: Gomti Nagar Cafe De-Leila was being operated, the map was not passed

LDA’s campaign against illegal construction is going on. On Thursday, Cafe de Leila was being operated in a building in Gomti Nagar and it was sealed. This action was taken on the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority Vice President Prathamesh Kumar. Two illegal constructions were sealed in Aliganj and Gomti Nagar area.

Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-1 Devansh Trivedi said that Ahmed Jamal and others were operating Cafe de Leila by illegally constructing a multi-storey building in an area of ​​about 400 square meters on plot number-5/34 in Vikas Khand.

The building was sealed following the orders passed by the prescribed court against which. When the seal was opened by the opponent, the enforcement team again took action and sealed the premises.

Illegal construction of 1800 sq. ft. area

Zonal officer of enforcement zone-4, Madhavesh Kumar, said that Dinesh Kumar and Mamta were constructing a building in an area of ​​about 1800 sq. ft. on plot number-M-1/41 in sector-B of Aliganj, contrary to the approved map. Against this, a suit was filed by the prescribed court and the premises were sealed earlier. Currently, the opponent was carrying out construction work at the site in an illegal manner. When flaws were found in the site inspection, the construction work was sealed by the enforcement team.
