Lucknow: Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is continuously running a campaign against illegal construction in the city. In this connection, on Friday, the LDA team sealed 6 buildings including apartments, hotels and shopping complexes being illegally constructed in Gomti Nagar, Madiyawan and Saadatganj areas.
Action taken on 4 buildings in Gomti Nagar
Enforcement Zone-1 Zonal Officer Vandana Pandey said that by flouting the rules, commercial construction was being done by Anmol Tomar in an area of 200 square meters in the Vikas Khand of Gomti Nagar. Similarly, Subhash Yadav was constructing a hotel named Mamta Palace in an area of 300 square meters and Siraj Ahmed was constructing an apartment on 200 square meters of land in Vijay Khand. Apart from this, Govind Yadav was carrying out commercial activities by constructing a complex in an area of 300 square meters in Vishal Khand. On the orders of the court, the LDA team sealed 4 buildings.
Madiyanv Commercial Complex Sealed
Enforcement Zone-4 Zonal Officer Ravi Nandan Singh said that Ashish Singh, Pradeep Singh Chauhan, Pawan Shukla were illegally constructing commercial buildings on 22000 square feet of land in Raipur on IIM Road in Madiyanv. This construction work, which was being done without getting the map approved from the authority, was sealed on the orders of the court.
Shopping complex was being constructed after getting the map passed: Enforcement Zone 7 Zonal Officer Shashi Bhushan Pathak said that Sachin Gupta was constructing a shopping complex on a 3000 square feet plot in front of Diamond Bakery on Campbell Road in Saadatganj. This construction work being done without getting the map approved has also been sealed.
