Lucknow: On the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority’s Vice President Prathamesh Kumar, in the course of the campaign being run against illegal construction in the city, on Saturday, the team of Enforcement Zone-1 sealed an illegal construction in Vipul Khand of Gomti Nagar.
Construction was being done secretly
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-1 Devansh Trivedi said that Sushma Satsangi and others were getting construction work done by covering the set back in Vipul Khand of Gomti Nagar on plot number-B-1/27 contrary to the map approved by the authority. Against which the premises were sealed earlier by filing a suit in the prescribed court.
At present, the opponent was trying to occupy the building by getting construction/finishing work done secretly at the site. On which orders were given to seal the construction work again. In compliance with which, the building was sealed by junior engineers Sanjay Bhati and Ashish Srivastava under the leadership of Assistant Engineer Udayveer Singh with the help of authority police and police force of the local police station.
