LDA News: On the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority Vice President Prathamesh Kumar, in the campaign being run against illegal construction in the city, the team of Enforcement Zone-1 took action in Gomti Nagar, Gomti Nagar Extension and Sanjay Gandhi Puram on Tuesday. During this, 4 commercial constructions and 1 residential construction being built illegally were sealed.
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-1 Devansh Trivedi said that AK Singh and others were getting commercial construction done in an area of about 200 square meters on plot number-1/C-803A in Sector-1 of Gomti Nagar Extension. At the same time, Rohit Singh and others were getting commercial construction done in an area of about 300 square meters on plot number-1/B-4A in Sector-1. Similarly, Dr. Vijay Singh and others were getting commercial construction done in an area of about 250 square meters on plot number-4/1059 in Sector-4 of Gomti Nagar Extension. Apart from this, Niranjan Rastogi and others were constructing a complex on a plot of about 110 square meters in Sanjay Gandhi Puram on Ayodhya Road. In all the four cases, sealing orders were passed by the prescribed court. Under this, all the four buildings were sealed by junior engineers Ashish Srivastava, Sanjay Bhati and SK Dixit under the leadership of Assistant Engineer Udayveer Singh with the help of police force.
Continuous action is being taken by LDA across the district
Apart from this, Lalli Upadhyay and others were illegally constructing a residential building in an area of about 200 square meters on plot number-2/22 in Vinamra Khand of Gomti Nagar. Against which the prescribed court had filed a suit and the premises were sealed earlier. At present, the opponent was carrying out construction work secretly at the site. Which was sealed again today by the enforcement team. Let us tell you that continuous action is being taken by LDA across the district. LDA officials say that if any illegal construction is found continuing even after sealing, a case will also be registered against the said persons.
