LDA seals five under-construction buildings in Aliganj, Madiyanv and Para, construction was being done without getting the map passed – LDA SEALED 5 BUILDINGS

Lucknow: The campaign being run by Lucknow Development Authority against illegal construction in the city continued on Monday as well. LDA’s enforcement team took action in Aliganj, Madiyanv and Para areas. During this, five illegal constructions including a shopping complex being built without getting the map passed from the authority were sealed.

Zonal officer said this

Madhvesh Kumar, Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone 4, said that Sonali Gupta was constructing a four-storey building on a plot of 250 square meter area in front of Stephen School in Triveni Nagar-III of Aliganj. Similarly, Vijay Kumar was constructing a building of about 200 square meter area on plot number-B-1/15 in Sector-L of Aliganj. Apart from this, Ajay Agarwal and others were getting commercial construction done on a plot of about 400 square meter area in front of Kendriya Vidyalaya on Mubarakpur Road in Madiyanv.

The prescribed court filed a suit against the three construction works being done without getting the map passed from the authority and sealing orders were passed. Following which, the under-construction premises were sealed by junior engineers Satyavir Singh and Shivanand Shukla with the help of police force.

At the same time, Vandana Pandey, zonal officer of Enforcement Zone-3, said that Krishna Steel had built a commercial building on a plot of about 250 square meters in Singari Vihar Colony at Patora turn in Sarosha-Bharosa of Para and a complex was built by Fauji Kaka Traders on a plot of 300 square meters. The prescribed court had given sealing orders against both the construction works done without getting the map passed from the authority. On which, junior engineers SK Singh and Ram Chauhan, under the leadership of assistant engineer Anoop Srivastava, sealed both the construction works with the help of authority police and local police force.
