LDA seals illegally constructed SK Palace on Ring Road in Khurramnagar

LDA News: On the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority Vice President Prathamesh Kumar, the team of Enforcement Zone-5 took action in Khurramnagar area on Saturday in the course of the campaign being run against illegal construction in the city. During this, a guest house/banquet hall illegally constructed on the ring road was sealed.

LDA Joint Secretary Sushil Pratap Singh said that Mohammad Khaliq son of late Nazir Ahmed and others were operating a guest house named SK Palace by illegally constructing a multi-storey building in an area of ​​​​about 1000 square meters on land Khasra number-95 near Khurramnagar intersection on the ring road. The prescribed court had filed a suit against the said construction work done without getting the map approved from the authority and ordered sealing. On Saturday, under the leadership of Enforcement Zone-5 Zonal Officer Ravi Nandan Singh, junior engineers Surendra Dwivedi, Saroj Kumar, Bharat Pandey and Pramod Kumar Pandey sealed the illegal construction with the help of the authority police and the police force of the local police station.

LDA had taken action yesterday too
On Friday too, LDA had taken sealing action in various areas of the capital. On the orders of VC Prathamesh Kumar, the enforcement team took action in Gomti Nagar, Madiyawan and Saadatganj areas. During this, 6 buildings including apartments, hotels and shopping complexes being constructed illegally were sealed. Along with this, strict instructions were also given to those doing illegal construction not to do so in future. During this, while taking action, the teams of Zone-1, Zone-4 and Zone-7 had sealed the constructions. Although, those doing illegal construction had also opposed the action, but no one could do anything in front of the enforcement team and LDA officials present on the spot.
