The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to develop new townships along the Agra Expressway, Purvanchal Expressway, and in Mohanlalganj, covering 4,800 acres to accommodate around 8 lakh people. Additionally, a 6,000-acre township across 14 villages in Bakshi Ka Talab (BKT) has been approved.
This large-scale development will boost real estate demand in Lucknow, offering modern residential infrastructure, commercial hubs, and better connectivity. With enhanced urban planning, property prices in these areas are expected to appreciate, making them attractive for homebuyers and investors.
Improved road networks and upcoming social infrastructure will turn these localities into real estate hotspots, encouraging luxury housing projects, plotted developments, and integrated townships. This initiative will not only expand Lucknow’s urban landscape but also create employment opportunities, reinforcing its position as one of India’s fastest-growing real estate markets.
