The NH Division of PWD has approved the construction of an 890-meter, 4-lane flyover at Engineering College Crossing in Lucknow. This will be the fourth and final flyover on the NH 24A stretch, creating a signal-free elevated corridor from Ayodhya Road to Sitapur Road along a 10 km high-traffic route.
This infrastructure upgrade will significantly reduce congestion, improve connectivity, and cut travel time, making commuting easier for residents and businesses. With enhanced accessibility, real estate demand along NH 24A is expected to rise, driving up property values and attracting residential and commercial developments.
The project will make key localities along the corridor more attractive for homebuyers and investors, boosting housing projects, retail spaces, and office hubs. As Lucknow continues to modernize, such infrastructure developments will cement its position as North India’s fastest-growing real estate market.
