Lucknow: LDA’s campaign against illegal construction continues in Lucknow. On Monday, on the orders of VC Prathamesh Kumar, 5 commercial and 1 residential construction were sealed. The campaign was carried out in Sushant Golf City and Chowk area. Enforcement Zone-2 Zonal Officer Atul Krishna Singh said that illegal construction was done by AK Pandey and others.
Residential construction was being done on a plot of about 2500 sqft area in front of Tulsi Vihar Colony Gate on Saidata Road in Sarsawan. Commercial construction was being done by Paridin and others on a plot of about 250 sqm area at the turn of Kamakhya Colony in Vijay Nagar, Neelmatha. Action has been taken against all.
The map was not passed by LDA
It is being told that the map of any building was not passed by LDA. The statutory court of LDA had passed the sealing order. In compliance with this, junior engineers SK Singh, Vipin Bihari Rai and Ritupal sealed them with the help of police force.
Apart from this, commercial construction was done in an area of about 140 square meters in front of Ahimamau police post on Saidata Road in Sarsawan by Subedar Singh and others. A complex was being constructed by Utkarsh Shukla on a plot of about 3200 square feet in front of Ahimamau police post. Commercial construction was being done in an area of about 300 square meters on Saidata Road in Sarsawan by Vishal Shukla and others. Sealing action has been taken against all of them.
