This new colony will have about 17% greenery. Parks will be built in about 204 acres. The process of developing this colony is being started. The acquisition work is in the final stage.

This is how Wellness City will be developed: According to LDA Vice President, about 2000 plots will be developed in 76.83 acres. Which will be plots of 700 to about 3000 square feet. Lucknow Development Authority will sell the plots itself. These plots near Sultanpur Road Shaheed Path will be priceless. Through which this colony will be presented as a brand. Because most of the people want to settle on Sultanpur Road. Builder will build flats: At the same time, 10 thousand group housing i.e. flats will be developed in 362.41 acres. But Lucknow Development Authority will not develop this group housing. This development will be done by the private sector. Lucknow Development Authority will sell the plots of group housing to the private sector. This sale will be through auction. So that the private sector can sell the flats after better development.

At the same time, 57.10 acres of land has been reserved for commercial use. 5% of the land has been reserved. In which there will be shopping malls, markets and shopping complexes. Hospitals will be built in 150 acres. This entire colony of hospitals is being named Wellness City. Not only will there be big hospitals here, but Lucknow’s big sunshine medical market and medicine markets will also be here.

At the same time, power houses, tube wells, public toilets, petrol pumps will be developed on 45.44 acres i.e. 3.79 percent land for community utility. 48.95 acres i.e. 4.08 percent land has been reserved for service area. At the same time, road construction will be done in 253.67 acres for better transport system. Provision of wide roads is being made. There have been complaints of narrow roads at many places in the colony of Lucknow Development Authority. This will not happen in Wellness City. A lot of land is being left for parks and green belts. Which will be 200.53 acres. Many parks will be built and green belts will also be left on the road. The entire wellness city will be developed on 1199 acres of land.
